Experience with async / batch processing, scheduled jobs, background workers, queues, retries, throttling, and rate-limit handling
Hands-on experience with job / message queues such as
BullMQ, Redis Streams, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS/SNS, or similar
Experience with Docker and CI/CD processes
