We're looking for an
Operations Manager
to become a key operational partner to our CEO.
In this role, you'll help ensure smooth collaboration between department heads, bring structure to cross-functional initiatives, and provide the visibility needed for effective decision-making. You'll be responsible for coordinating internal processes, preparing management reports, facilitating leadership meetings, and tracking the execution of key initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, has a strong analytical mindset, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced product environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between department heads and facilitate effective communication across teams.
Organize and moderate recurring leadership meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Prepare management reports, operational dashboards, presentations, and status updates for the CEO.
Analyze operational metrics and business data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of cross-department projects and strategic initiatives.
Monitor progress on key company priorities and ensure timely execution across teams.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and help implement scalable operational workflows.
Maintain project documentation and work with project management tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
2+ years
of experience in roles such as
Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Business Operations, COO
, or similar positions.
Previous experience in an
IT or product company
is required.
Experience preparing analytical reports, management reporting, and executive presentations.
Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience planning and managing internal projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with
Excel/Google Sheets
, presentation tools, and project management systems such as
Jira, ClickUp, Asana
, or similar.
Nice to have:
Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.
Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience working in a fast-growing product company or startup.
