We are growing rapidly — expanding our client base, launching new projects, and continuously improving our product ecosystem. To support this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who is ready to take ownership, work closely with customers, and grow together with the product.

Your Role
As a Project Manager at Solomono, you will manage multiple projects end-to-end, act as the primary communication bridge between customers and delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
This role combines client-facing communication, project coordination, and process ownership, with clear opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout their full lifecycle
Communicate directly with customers: gather, clarify, and formalize business and technical requirements
Manage expectations, scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes
Plan project activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Maintain project plans, backlogs, and task flows using ClickUp
Coordinate daily team activities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
Track risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation actions
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery summaries
Support project kick-off, closure, and handover activities
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
Required Skills & Experience
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — confident spoken and written communication with customers
Experience working with IT products and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Practical or strong theoretical knowledge of Agile methodologies
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership
High level of self-organization and a result-oriented mindset
Experience creating professional reports, roadmaps, and project documentation
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience with ClickUp
Experience in SaaS or e-commerce projects
Participation in presales and discovery phases
Hands-on experience with AI tools and services
