Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of goals.
Proactive Initiative Management:
Identify opportunities for product improvements, spearhead initiatives, and drive projects from ideation to execution.
Production-Focused Execution:
Adopt a "ship-to-production" mindset, prioritizing speed and efficiency in delivering features to live environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
Product Strategy:
Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Leverage data insights, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and enhance the user journey.
Feature Ownership:
Oversee the development lifecycle for new features, including ideation, prioritization, specification, and go-to-market planning.
Performance Monitoring:
Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate on features to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
At least 5-6 years of proven experience in product management within the mobile app and/or web app.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated proactive approach in identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
Experience managing projects with a focus on fast delivery to production environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
