The Project Manager is a client-facing delivery role: you'll personally run a portfolio of client projects, build the digital strategy behind each one, and lead the specialists working on them day to day. Your core responsibility is the quality of execution and the strength of the client relationship on every account you own.

What You'll Do
Personally own a portfolio of client accounts; coordinate with specialists (SEO, PPC, content, etc.) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Develop a custom digital strategy for each project based on client goals and performance data
Lead and coordinate the project team assigned to your accounts
Prioritize tasks and set clear goals and deadlines for team members
Create the right environment and workflow for smooth project execution
Monitor and analyze campaign/project performance
Prepare and deliver clear, structured progress updates and reports to clients
Flag risks or blockers early and escalate to leadership when needed
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of key digital marketing tools and channels
Ability to work independently without micromanagement
Strong self-organization and structured, strategic thinking
Background in an agency or other fast-paced environment
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
Business Focus mindset
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
