We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in multiplatform development, particularly Kotlin Multiplatform, to join a project for a multinational healthcare company that develops and markets medical devices, aiming to improve the lives of people with intimate health conditions. The project focuses on building secure, accessible, and innovative mobile solutions that enhance patient experiences worldwide.
Your tasks
Design and develop cross-platform mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform
Build and maintain shared business logic across Android and iOS platforms
Integrate mobile applications with connected smart devices and data sources
Ensure secure data handling and reliable communication between the app and hardware
Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners
Implement and promote accessibility best practices to support diverse user needs
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of mobile architecture
Support testing, debugging, and performance optimization of the mobile application
Document technical solutions and implementation decisions
Requirements
At least 5 years of commercial experience in mobile application development
Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
Strong knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile development practices
Understanding of cross-platform architecture and shared code design
Experience working with mobile apps that interact with hardware or IoT devices
Familiarity with accessibility standards in mobile applications
Ability to translate product and user requirements into technical solutions
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
Good command of English
Tax residence in Ukraine is required
Nice-to-have requirements
Experience in healthcare, medical, or well-being-related projects
Knowledge of Bluetooth or real-time data communication
Experience with security-sensitive or privacy-focused mobile applications
Familiarity with Android and iOS native development environments
Understanding of usability challenges for users with specific health conditions
