Our client develops a comprehensive US real estate platform that streamlines the entire real estate journey through property search, personalized client engagement, transaction management, digital contract signing, and post-sale concierge services.
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive
React Native Engineer
who enjoys working in a startup environment with lightweight processes, dynamic product development, and a strong sense of ownership — including pragmatic problem-solving, finding efficient implementation approaches, participating in trade-off discussions, and closely collaborating with Product Owners.

outstaffing team extension for ongoing collaboration

Work on a real estate platform with multiple business domains, including property search, transaction flows, digital signing, and post-sale services
Work as part of a distributed multinational team with direct collaboration across engineering and product functions
Startup-style environment with lightweight processes, fast delivery cycles, and pragmatic engineering trade-offs
High level of ownership and involvement in solution discussions, implementation decisions, and feature shaping
Complex technical challenges, including e-signature processing, asynchronous workflows, and notification systems
Close collaboration with Product Owners and direct communication with client stakeholders
Opportunity to work across different parts of the platform as the product evolves
Stack:
Stack: React Native 0.77 (Bare), TypeScript, React Navigation, Redux Toolkit (RTK), Socket.io, Datadog, Firebase, UI Kitten, Reanimated, Victory Native, Detox E2E
Scope of tasks and ownership:
Delivery of new application versions quickly while gradually improving code quality and maintainability
End-to-end development of critical real estate workflows
Optimizing app performance using Datadog metrics and Sentry/Firebase log
Proactively fixing issues in the existing codebase using patch-package or native adjustments when needed
Managing builds and releases across different environments
Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including software engineers, QA, DevOps
Work closely with the PO (client) to ensure alignment with business objectives
What You’ll need:
4+ years of React Native experience
Comfortable working with Xcode and Android Studio (managing Pods, Gradle, and build configurations)
Strong knowledge of Redux Toolkit and clean TypeScript patterns
Ability to move fast, make decisions under uncertainty, and take full responsibility for the result
Experience debugging complex issues using Datadog or similar observability tools
Active use of AI-assisted development tools
Upper-Intermediate English level or above
