Responsibilities
* lead the engineering software team and provide technical direction
* act as a key partner to local leadership and contribute to strategic decisions
* define and drive the technical vision and future architecture for company solutions that are being developed in Ukraine
* collaborate with company engineering leadership and cross-functional teams
* contribute to the product roadmap and identify opportunities where the UA team can deliver unique value
* drive R&D initiatives, rapid prototyping, and validation of new capabilities
Requirements
* 7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++
* engineering leadership experience (tech lead / team lead)
* experience in system design (embedded systems, distributed systems, hardware—software integration)
* strong understanding of embedded systems and ability to work on R&D-driven tasks
* strong communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Nice to have
* familiarity with UAV or robotics stacks (ExpressLRS, Betaflight, ArduPilot, OpenTX)
* exposure to computer vision or video processing pipelines (OpenCV or similar)
