We are an established U.S.-based product company providing a robust platform for healthcare financial management. Our system handles complex data processing, medical billing, and revenue cycle automation for large healthcare providers. We are looking for a disciplined Manual QA Engineer who values precision and understands the importance of data integrity in a high-stakes environment.
What you will do:
System Testing:
Perform end-to-end, functional, and regression testing for a complex web-based financial platform.
Documentation:
Design and maintain professional test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists).
Quality Control:
Identify, document, and track software defects; ensure every release meets strict quality and security standards.
Data Verification:
Verify complex data flows and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
What we expect from you:
Education:
A University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field is mandatory.
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience in manual testing (experience with financial or data-heavy products is a plus).
Methodology:
Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and standard QA methodologies.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with
bug-tracking systems
, browser DevTools, and basic SQL knowledge (for data verification).
English:
Intermediate (B1) level or higher for technical communication and documentation.

You must be able to analyze complex logic and find edge cases.
