We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with a strong focus on data quality and data engineering practices to join our growing team.
In this role, you will take ownership of quality across a modern AI-driven Agri-Tech product and work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities:
Own and improve data quality across the system
Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks
Design and implement automated data validation (Python + SQL)
Define and maintain data validation rules and data contracts
Detect and prevent data inconsistencies, anomalies, and drift
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
Improve test strategy and release quality processes
Develop and maintain API testing (REST / GraphQL)
Automate UI testing for critical user flows
Ensure stability of environments (dev / stage / prod)
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in QA Automation
Strong knowledge of Python (pytest) and SQL
Experience with API testing and UI automation tools
Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, validation)
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
Strong English level (B2+/C1) for daily communication
Nice to have:
Experience with data quality tools (Great Expectations, Deequ)
Experience with performance testing (k6, Locust)
Understanding of event-driven architecture
Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
Experience with AI/ML or data-heavy systems
