Your mission
We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware QA Engineer to join our R&D team and take ownership of system-level testing for tactical UAV platforms. You will work hands-on with hardware, software, and communication interfaces to ensure overall system stability, performance, and reliability — both in the lab and in the field.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, checklists for embedded solutions.
Perform diagnostics, defect localization and root cause analysis.
Work with communication interfaces and protocols (RS485, TCP/IP, RTSP, Mavlink) as part of system diagnostics and integration.
Interact with the development team to detect and eliminate errors in a timely manner.
Improve testing environment and tools.
The ability to develop in automation testing at will.
Prepare documentation, reports, and provide feedback on product stability and safety.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in hardware testing.
Experience in embedded testing.
A solid understanding of testing theory (functional, integration, system).
Knowledge of Linux and experience writing Bash scripts.
Experience working with embedded protocols.
Experience working with test management systems and Git, Jira, Confluence.
Basic understanding of electronics and laboratory equipment
Writing clear test documentation.
Ability to work with technical documentation in English.
