Spendbase is a fast-scaling fintech helping companies optimize their SaaS, cloud, and corporate card spending. As we expand our platform and introduce new banking features, we’re looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer
who can take ownership of infrastructure, ensure reliability, and enable fast, safe product delivery.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership across cloud, CI/CD, and production environments.
What you’ll do:
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS + Azure)
Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments in production
Develop and maintain
Helm charts for deployments (must-have)
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable releases
Ensure system reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Work closely with backend engineers to support microservices deployment
Optimize infrastructure costs, performance, and scaling strategies
Implement security best practices across cloud and deployment workflows
Support logging, observability, and production diagnostics
What we’re looking for:
3–5+
years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS (required)
Experience working with
Azure (nice to have / strong plus)
Deep understanding of
Kubernetes in production environments
Proven experience building and maintaining
Helm charts (required)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)
Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and independently
Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and proactive problem-solving
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech or high-load transactional systems
Background in platform engineering or SRE roles
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure)
Basic understanding of backend systems (Node.js, Go, or similar)
