Our client is a big international SaaS platform that allows salespeople to focus on selling. About 10 years ago, the company started as a startup. Now the main product is a BigData for sales professionals to identify, engage and close prospects, thanks to the prospecting platform, web extension, and API. The company’s customers range from SMBs to Enterprises, including Google, Dropbox, Uber, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take full ownership of building and maintaining our client infrastructure, constantly enhancing their development cycle, and improving developer experience and velocity.
Requirements:

•
Cloud and Production Environments:
Substantial hands-on experience managing products in production. This includes ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability, particularly within AWS environments;
•
Knowledge in Data and Kubernetes:
A deep understanding of Kubernetes and data technologies is essential for managing and orchestrating containerized applications, as well as optimizing data processing workflows;
•
AI-Augmented Engineering & Automation:
We are looking for forward-thinking engineers who actively leverage AI tools (GenAI for scripting/troubleshooting) to enhance their daily workflows, improve automation, and accelerate problem-solving;
•
Tech Adoption & Execution:
The tech landscape shifts quickly. The ideal candidate should possess high learning agility—capable of diving into new technologies, mastering them, and executing at a high level.

Troubleshooting & Resilience:
The role demands someone who can independently handle difficcult situations and resolving complex production issues in real-time to minimize downtime;
•
Strong English:
This ensures clear, precise technical communication and seamless collaboration with developers and other team members.
Responsibilities:

•
Design & Maintain:
Build scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based infrastructure on AWS;
•
Lead Best Practices:
Drive DevOps best practices within our R&D and engineering teams;
•
Monitor & Alert:
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana, and more;
•
CI/CD Pipelines:
Develop and maintain smooth and reliable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins;
•
Automate & AI-Augmented Engineering:
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and actively leverage AI tools (e.g., GenAI) to enhance daily workflows, script creation, and accelerate problem-solving;
•
Manage Containers:
Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes;
•
Serverless Applications:
Develop and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda;
•
Troubleshoot:
Resolve complex infrastructure-related issues in real-time, ensuring high availability and performance under pressure;
•
Collaborate:
Work with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure needs, provide technical guidance, and empower the broader R&D organization;
•

Stay updated with industry best practices, dive into new technologies, and master them swiftly.
