Our client
currently looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join a fast-growing product company in the mobile gaming space. The company is building a leading direct-to-consumer platform for mobile games — created by game makers, for game makers. The product helps publishers sell directly to their players, increasing profits by up to 35% while strengthening player relationships and loyalty.
As an all-in-one platform, it provides everything needed to go direct: fully branded web stores, gamified offers, global payment solutions, and mobile in-app payments SDKs.
Today, the platform powers stores for over one-third of the top-grossing mobile games and supports 500+ payment methods and 80 currencies worldwide.
The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv and backed by top-tier investors, with a leadership team coming from well-known gaming companies.
Key Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering roles;
🔹 Deep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling;
🔹 Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools (ArgoCD preferred);
🔹 Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and networking (VPC, ALBs, DNS);
🔹 Proficiency with observability tools and log aggregation systems;
🔹 Experience with AI tools and technologies;
🔹 Awareness of security best practices (IAM, MFA, vulnerability scanning, SOC2 fundamentals);
🔹 Experience with ephemeral or on-demand environments — big plus;
🔹 Ability to navigate between automation and security/compliance requirements;
🔹 Comfortable with scripting in Bash, Python, or Go;
🔹 English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What you will do:
🔹 Design and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD workflows (ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions);
🔹 Manage ephemeral environments for every PR or feature branch using K8s, Crossplane, and Terraform;
🔹 Build and enforce secure deployment practices (e.g., MFA, role-based access, audit trails);
🔹 Improve and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, OpenTelemetry);
🔹 Implement deployment safety mechanisms: canary analysis, B/G deployments, rollback policies;
🔹 Support performance, incident response, and SLO tracking across services;
🔹 Collaborate with backend teams to define and automate FinOps-aware environments;
🔹 Assist in managing Confluent Kafka, MongoDB Atlas, and cloud-native services (EKS, GCP, AWS);
🔹 Help build secure workflows across VPN, SSO (Google Workspace), secret scanning, and IaC;
