System Administrator (L1 Support)

About the role and company:
P2H is a global software development and IT outsourcing company, specializing in web development, design, and digital solutions for global clients. We are currently looking for a System Administrator (L1 Support) to join our team and help maintain and support our internal IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
— Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users (Windows, macOS environments);
— Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues;
— Support and maintain company IT infrastructure;
— Administer Windows Server environments and basic Linux systems;
— Configure and support network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN — L2TP, OpenVPN);
— Assist in administration of network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti) and soft routers (pfSense / OPNsense)Manage and support internal tools (Atlassian Jira, Confluence);
— Maintain antivirus systems with centralized management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
— Practical experience with Windows and macOS administration (user-level OS support);
— Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration;
— Understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPN);
— Basic knowledge of Linux systems;
— Basic understanding of web servers (Apache, Nginx);
— Experience with troubleshooting and incident resolution;
— Familiarity with Tier 1 / Level 1 support processes.
Preferred Skills:
— Experience with network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti);
— Experience with soft routers (pfSense, OPNsense);
— Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) at the administrator level;
— Experience with centrally managed antivirus solutions;
— Basic experience with Linux-based services and configurations.
— Basic English — Pre-Intermediate level.
