Role Overview
We are seeking an Agentic AI Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of AI-driven workflows and intelligent agent systems across business operations, products, and customer services.
The role focuses on translating business problems into practical AI-enabled solutions using modern large language models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, automation pipelines, semantic data structures, and intelligent decision-support systems.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with commercial awareness, helping shape scalable AI strategies while delivering measurable operational and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Design:
Identify high-value use cases for agentic AI across customer journeys and decision support
.
Agentic Workflow Development:
Build autonomous or semi-autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage
.
Semantic Data Integration:
Collaborate on semantic modeling and knowledge graphs to support intelligent agent behavior
.
Product Collaboration:
Work alongside engineering and product teams to define MVPs and delivery roadmaps
.
AI Operations:
Monitor performance, mitigate hallucination risks, and optimize prompt orchestration
.
Technical Skills & Experience
LLM Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI
.
Orchestration Frameworks:
Deep understanding of LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph
.
AI Architecture:
Proven experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search
.
Data Expertise:
Familiarity with
dbt, semantic modeling, and working with large datasets
.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in regulated sectors, specifically Fintech or Insurance
.
Soft Skills & Consulting Profile
Consultative Approach:
Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical executive audiences
.
Product Thinking:
A mindset focused on business transformation and measurable customer value rather than just code
.
