Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
lead generation & marketing automation
, including high-volume outreach
Hands-on experience with
AI agents
(already managing them or actively using them as assistants)
Strong understanding of
ABM, ICP, buying groups, intent signals
, etc.
Experience with
CRM systems
, automation platforms, enrichment tools, and routing/scoring logic
Interest and willingness to grow in
AI automation, workflow design, and data-driven processes
Background in
B2B, SaaS, IT services, system integration, or enterprise sales environments
