We are currently looking for a
Middle AI/ML Engineer
to join our team and contribute to complex data and AI projects.
What you’ll do
Develop and improve AI-powered solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Design and implement workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring
Optimize systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability
Debug and resolve production data issues
Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define data contracts
Manage infrastructure using Terraform
Must-have skills
3-4
years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering / AI Engineering
Strong Python skills
Practical experience working with: LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures
Strong SQL knowledge
Experience with Spark / PySpark
Solid experience with AWS services (EMR, Glue, S3, Redshift or similar, IAM, CloudWatch)
Understanding of monitoring, reliability, and data quality best practices
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Nice to have
Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
Airflow or similar orchestration tools
Experience supporting BI tools and analytics teams
Exposure to ML workflows and AI model data pipelines
