Purpose of the Role:
Develop and implement intelligent models to solve real-world business challenges. You will transform theoretical algorithms into functional tools that enhance our product
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms;
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deploy ML solutions;
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation;
Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed ML models in production;
Document model development, experiments, and results clearly and consistently;
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields;
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages;
Proficiency with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn;
Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization for real-world applications;
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods;
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
