Hi there! We’re Onicore, a growing fintech company building user-friendly payment solutions for a global audience. And we’re looking for an AI Automation & Research Specialist to build a system that reduces the CEO’s manual workload and accelerates decision-making through automation and high-quality analytics.
What you’ll do:
Automating routine processes (reports, operations, integrations)
Using AI (ChatGPT, other LLMs) to optimize tasks
Conducting research (market, competitors, products)
Preparing concise analytical summaries and recommendations
Building internal tools (no-code / low-code / scripts)
Optimizing team workflows

What we expect you to have:
Experience with automation (Zapier / Make / scripts / APIs)
Understanding of AI/LLMs and prompt engineering
Strong analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn new domains
Independence and ownership mindset
Nice to have
Python / JavaScript
Experience in fintech / product companies
Experience in consulting / strategy / analytics
