About us
We’re a small founding team building
Run My Biz
— an AI-powered platform that lets a small business owner run their entire operation through a team of autonomous agents instead of a dozen disconnected SaaS tools.
The product is two things wired together: a
centralized knowledge layer
(finances, calls, emails, customers, content) and a
specialized agent ecosystem
that builds the website, runs the ads, writes the copy, manages the tasks, handles the ops — all driven by natural-language conversation.

What you’d actually do
This isn’t a ticket-shop role. We want someone who can take an idea like
“we need a tasks system that lets the owner approve agent work in bulk”
, design what it should feel like, build the data model, ship the UI, write the integration tests, and come back with something users actually love.
Recent things a single engineer owned end-to-end here:
A live artifact viewer that streams agent-generated documents into a side panel
A scheduler daemon that fires periodic agent briefs as background jobs
A website builder that provisions a per-customer GitHub repo, builds with Astro, and deploys to S3
You’ll work on systems just like that — sometimes greenfield, sometimes deep in the multi-agent core.
Who you are
Required:
5+ years of senior full-stack experience (TypeScript strongly preferred)
Strong product instinct
— you’ve shipped features where you owned the UX decisions, not just the implementation
You use AI tools daily to build software (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
Run independently — we don’t have capacity to babysit and don’t want to
Comfortable in early-stage chaos: priorities shift, specs are partial, you ask sharp questions and move
Strongly preferred:
Hands-on experience building
agentic systems
— Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, custom tool-calling loops
Image / video generation
pipelines (Replicate, FAL, Runway, Sora API, etc.)
MCP server / tool development
Real depth in one of: Next.js App Router, Drizzle ORM, BullMQ, real-time streaming UI
Owned testing strategy on a real product (Playwright E2E, integration tests against real DBs)
The cultural fit that matters most:
We’re want someone genuinely excited about what AI is doing to small business — who explores the platform on weekends, finds edge cases, proposes new ideas, treats the company like their own.

A short note
(3–5 sentences)
on the most ambitious thing you’ve built end-to-end — bonus points for AI agents or autonomous systems
In
5–10 sentences,
tell us about a real feature or system you built end-to-end — ideally one involving AI agents, autonomous workflows, or generative media. What was the user problem? What’s one design decision you’d undo if you could? Don’t polish — we care about substance, not prose. We’ll talk through your answer in detail on a follow-up call
