About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to drive functional and UX leadership during the high-stakes presales and discovery phases for AI transformation and data solutions. You will act as a strategic bridge between complex business challenges in non-digital sectors and high-impact technological solutions, ensuring every solution starts with a crystal-clear product vision and a win-ready

Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Discovery:
Facilitate workshops and deep-dive sessions with
C-level
stakeholders and end-users to extract true business value and validate core needs through walk-throughs
UX & IA Ownership:
Independently design Information Architecture (IA) and create clickable prototypes using tools like
Lovable
, Figma, or Miro to visualize and validate concepts instantly
Solution Shaping:
Translate abstract business pain points into structured functional elements, defining actors, key use cases, and granular User Stories
Scope Decomposition:
Collaborate with engineers and managers to break down the project scope for accurate
Fixed Price
estimates, ensuring no “red flags” are missed
Contractual Precision:
Define critical
Assumptions and Constraints
to safeguard project delivery and ensure clear contractual terms in the Proposal
Strategic Business Support:
Proactively develop conceptual industry-specific solutions to empower the unit’s marketing and sales activities
Your Expertise:
Senior Track Record:
4–5
years of high-intensity BA experience, with a proven ability to lead complex Discovery phases and handle the pressure of the Presale cycle
UX Self-Sufficiency:
A hands-on mindset to design IA and wireframes independently—visualizing the solution is your primary tool for communication
Industry Context:
Experience with non-digital businesses (Agri, Construction, Logistics) and a solid grasp of
AI-powered systems
(GenAI, Agents, etc.)
Analytical Maturity:
Exceptional ability to decompose complex ideas into atomic tasks, providing the foundation for engineering estimates and development backlogs
C-Level
&
Mid-level
Management Communication:
Confident client-facing skills with a consultative approach — focused on ROI and proposing best practices rather than just recording requests
English Level:
Advanced (C1)
