Description
We’re seeking a hands-on
AI digital marketing specialist/AI growth marketing specialist
who finds creative ways to acquire customers and uses AI to test 10x faster than competitors. This role is
execution-focused and
experimentation-driven
, not strategic.
You’ll work directly with AI platforms and automation tools to accelerate our content production, SEO optimization, and demand generation.
You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing to discover unconventional growth opportunities, build automated acquisition systems, and optimize every step of the funnel using AI-powered tools and rapid testing.
What you’ll do
Growth experimentation & channel discovery
Find and test new acquisition channels
beyond SEO: Reddit, Quora, niche communities, podcasts, guest articles, partnerships, referral programs
Run rapid experiments across
3-5
channels monthly to identify what drives qualified leads
Use AI tools to scale outreach and testing (personalized messaging, automated prospecting)
Build and optimize landing pages for conversion using A/B testing and AI-powered copywriting
Identify underutilized platforms where our Fortune 500 positioning stands out
Monitor competitor acquisition strategies and reverse-engineer their playbooks
Test unconventional tactics: webinars, free tools, calculators, assessments, interactive content
Content production with AI
Write and optimize
8-12 SEO
blog articles per month
using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) with strict quality control
Transform long-form content into multi-format assets: social posts, email sequences, LinkedIn newsletters, glossary terms
Create
SEO-optimized meta titles, descriptions, and featured snippet content
using AI-assisted research
Produce case studies, landing pages, and sales enablement materials with AI support
Fact-check and validate
all AI-generated content against Xenoss editorial standards
SEO optimization & research
Optimize existing content for
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
, ensuring articles are citation-ready for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini
Analyze SERP competitors using AI tools to identify content gaps and opportunities
Monitor rankings and traffic using Ahrefs/GSC and identify optimization opportunities
Implement
AI-driven internal linking strategies
to improve domain authority
Email marketing & automation
Design and execute
AI-powered email nurture sequences
in HubSpot
Create personalized email campaigns using AI segmentation and dynamic content
A/B test subject lines, body copy, and CTAs using AI-generated variations
Build automated workflows for MQL nurturing and sales enablement
Analyze email performance and optimize based on data insights
Social media & LinkedIn content
Repurpose long-form content into
LinkedIn posts, carousels, and newsletters
using AI tools
Support executive personal branding (CEO, CRO) with AI-assisted ghostwriting
Schedule and optimize posting times using AI-driven analytics
Create visual assets using AI design tools
Marketing automation & AI workflows
Build Zapier/Make workflows that connect HubSpot, Ahrefs, LinkedIn, email tools
Automate lead enrichment, scoring, and routing to sales
Create AI-powered chatbots and conversational landing pages
Set up automated reporting dashboards for channel performance
Implement AI tools for prospecting, outreach, and partnership development
Stay current on AI marketing tools and recommend new technologies
Train team members on AI tool usage and best practices
Conversion funnel optimization

Required qualifications
3-4
years hands-on marketing experience
(content, SEO, email, or social media)
Proven AI tool proficiency:
Daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs and experience with
prompt engineering
and creating reusable AI workflows
Strong writing and editing skills
in English (C1 level minimum), you must be able to
write well yourself
before using AI to scale
SEO fundamentals:
Understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and ranking factors
Tool proficiency:
Experience with: Ahrefs, Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, similar tools
Detail-oriented with high quality standards
: can spot AI hallucinations, fabricated statistics, style violations, and other errors
Familiarity with
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
principles
Self-starter mindset:
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Background in
B2B tech, SaaS, or AI/data engineering
