Responsibilities
— Design and develop our data warehouse (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
— Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow)
— Integrate data from multiple sources (internal services, APIs, event streams)
— Optimize query performance and data storage
— Create clean, well-structured data marts for analytics
— Write complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis
— Prepare datasets for BI tools (Superset)
— Ensure data quality (validation, monitoring, consistency checks)
Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics
— Strong SQL skills (window functions, performance tuning, complex joins)
— Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or ClickHouse
— Solid understanding of OLTP vs OLAP systems
— Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
— Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
— Ability to work with imperfect data and turn it into reliable datasets
— Understanding of data modeling (facts, dimensions, normalization vs denormalization)
— Ability to make independent technical decisions
Nice to have
— Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms
— Experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau, Power BI)
— Python for data pipelines
— Experience with data quality and monitoring solutions
— Experience working with large-scale / high-load data systems
