Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of simulation tools for robotics and drone systems.
Debug, test, and optimize simulations for performance, reliability, and real-time dynamics.
Build and improve simulation systems for physics, AI, and dynamic environments.
Drive the exploration of innovative technologies such as procedural generation and AI-driven simulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation capabilities with other system components.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of simulation engineers, ensuring high standards of code quality, collaboration, and innovation.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in game development or simulation systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or C#.
Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity tools.
Deep understanding of physics, particle systems, and real-time dynamics.
Proven ability to optimize performance and solve complex technical challenges.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
It’s a plus if you have:
Expertise in fluid, rigid, or soft body simulations.
Knowledge of procedural content generation and behavioral AI.
Experience with cloud-based or distributed simulations.
Familiarity with autonomous systems or robotics applications.
