is looking for a
Technical Service Specialist
to join our growing team in
Kyiv
. We are looking for a technically minded and communicative specialist who will ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of our products. This role combines technical service, user support, and active communication with our partners in the field.
As a Technical Specialist, you will not only provide technical assistance and troubleshooting but also gather valuable feedback from users, take part in training programs, and play a role in continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repairing for our products in the field as well as in workshop
Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and deep repairs
Support improvement initiatives by contributing to testing and validation of updates or modifications
Take part in user training and ongoing education on the operation of our products
Qualifications
Technical background (education or practical experience) in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or related fields
Willingness to travel for business trips across Ukraine
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mindset
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Both driver’s license and driving experience on a mechanical gearbox are mandatory
English communication skills will be a plus
