Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead delivery in complex environments and take full ownership of both execution and client alignment.
This role requires someone who can not only manage an internal team, but also drive the client side, structure collaboration, and anticipate risks before they impact delivery.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in IT project management;
● Proven track record of delivering software projects end-to-end;
● Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile practices;
● Ability to independently manage scope, timelines, and priorities;
● Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations;
● Ability to lead both internal teams and client-side contributors;
● Strong focus on proactive planning, forecasting, and risk management;
● Confident decision-making without constant escalation;
● Solid communication and negotiation skills;
● Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
● Understanding of system architecture basics, APIs, and delivery processes;
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities:
● Take full ownership of project delivery from discovery to release;
● Define scope, structure delivery plans, and ensure execution stays on track;
● Lead collaboration between internal teams and client-side stakeholders;
● Drive alignment, clarify expectations, and push decisions when needed;
● Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and prevent delivery issues;
● Control scope changes and maintain delivery predictability;
● Establish and track key delivery metrics;
● Ensure clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders;
● Facilitate Agile processes and improve team efficiency;
● Remove blockers and maintain steady delivery progress;
● Participate in pre-sales activities including estimations and solution discussions.

● Experience working with complex or high-uncertainty projects;
● Budget management and financial tracking experience;
● Experience managing multiple projects or streams;
● Exposure to pre-sales, discovery, or solution design phases;
● Experience working with distributed or international teams;
● Experience delivering fixed-price projects with strong scope and change control.
