The Mobile Delivery team drives continuous innovation in parcel tracking, self-service, payments, and last-mile delivery experiences.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
8+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management in IT.
5+ years managing mobile product delivery (Android and/or iOS applications).
Proven track record of delivering large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications.
Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ people (developers, QA, PM, designers).
Strong background working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience with App Store and Google Play release processes and guidelines.
Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle (iOS / Swift, Android / Kotlin).
Familiarity with React Native or Flutter as cross-platform mobile technologies.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent PM tooling.
Ability to read and interpret engineering architecture diagrams and technical documents.
Soft Skills & Leadership:
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
Data-driven mindset with experience building delivery metrics and OKR frameworks.
High degree of ownership, resilience, and a bias for action.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across complex programs.
Nice to have:
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fintech mobile applications.
Hands-on experience with mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe certification.
Experience scaling mobile teams in a high-growth product environment.
Familiarity with A/B testing and feature flag tooling (LaunchDarkly, Firebase Remote Config).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) for mobile applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery Planning & Execution:
Own and manage the end-to-end delivery roadmap for Android and iOS mobile applications.
Define, plan, and track project milestones, release cycles, and sprint goals.
Coordinate parallel workstreams across multiple mobile feature teams.
Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with product strategy.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Project/Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leads.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development sessions.
Resolve team conflicts and remove blockers proactively.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary delivery point of contact for business stakeholders and
C-level
executives.
Manage expectations, communicate risks, and provide regular status reporting.
Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Marketing.
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and Delivery Show & Tell sessions.
Process & Methodology:
Define and continuously improve delivery processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) across mobile teams.
Implement and maintain delivery metrics: velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics, release cadence.
Establish risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
Champion DevOps and CI/CD best practices in partnership with engineering leads.
Quality & Risk Management:
Oversee QA strategy and release quality gates for mobile applications.
Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning.
Ensure compliance with Novapost’s security, data privacy, and platform guidelines (App Store / Google Play).
Reporting & Analytics:
Define KPIs and OKRs for delivery performance and track progress against them.
Produce executive-level dashboards and delivery health reports.
Use data-driven insights to prioritize capacity and optimize delivery flow.
