lead Stepico’s PMO to raise delivery maturity across all projects. You’ll audit and improve PM practices, build standards and templates, coach PMs (including non-reporting), and enforce disciplined, flow-oriented delivery while directly running a portfolio of client projects.
Indicative time split:

60/40
between portfolio and PMO work, adjusted quarterly.
What you’ll do
Delivery Unit (portfolio ownership)

GPM% and margin
for your Delivery Unit; forecast, track and improve financials.
Lead
presales from ~70% confidence
: shape delivery strategy, estimates, risks and
SoW
assumptions; contribute to customer scoring; act as
Delivery Representative
accountable for delivery assessment and estimations.
Start up projects; handle
client escalations
and conflict resolution when required.
Run
portfolio health
:
RAG (red-amber-green)
reviews, risk/issue management, capacity planning, dependency management and change control.
Coach and performance-manage your PMs; set expectations, review outcomes and drive corrective actions.
Act as
primary escalation point
after the PM.
This is
not a billable PM role
and does not include architectural decision-making or PM tasking.
PMO leadership (company-wide)

Flow & complexity literacy:
strong
Kanban
and modern flow metrics; ability to tailor delivery style by context (e.g., Cynefin thinking).
