Platipus has an open position for an experienced
Project Manager with iGaming
experience who will drive delivery processes, align multiple teams, and ensure stable and predictable product releases.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager,
must have in iGaming;
Experience managing multiple projects or products simultaneously;
Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, art, animation);
Experience in people management (1-1s, feedback, team development);
Strong understanding of the full product development and release lifecycle;
Ability to work with requests from different stakeholders;
Experience managing cross-team dependencies;
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools (Jira, YouTrack, or similar);
Strong planning, prioritization, and execution control skills;
Experience in process optimization and workflow structuring;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity;
English level: B1+.
Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery across 3 cross-functional teams;
Plan and manage sprints aligned with business goals and timelines;
Track progress, identify risks early, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate work across teams and manage dependencies;
Handle incoming stakeholder requests (Support, Commercial, etc.);
Prioritize tasks and align teams on goals, timelines, and expectations.
Processes & Improvement
Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews);
Improve workflows and optimize processes;
Identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency.
Team Support
Conduct 1-1s and support team development;
Collaborate with HR on performance management;
Foster a positive and productive team environment.
