We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team building advanced solutions in the insurance domain, document processing, and data extraction. You will work on a web application powered by Large Language Models that analyzes complex documents, extracts structured data, and provides a seamless user experience.


We believe that you have:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management
Experience managing or coordinating machine learning projects, with an understanding of ML development lifecycles and collaboration with data science team
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience of managing teams of 10+ team members
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Solid experience in scope management, requirements gathering, estimation and planning
Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness
Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
Communicate daily with the client to share project status and identified issues
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Working closely with the team on project phases goals
Analyzing requirements, creating backlogs, owning product
Be proactive and be able to point out problems
Conduct one-to-one sessions with team members
Analyze, plan and develop scheduled projects
Hold regular team meetings
