Web Development Project Manager
with a solid
web development background
who:
has hands-on or managerial experience in web development — this is a hard requirement (Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, or WordPress)
understands how websites and web applications are built, not just managed
can work across web builds, website maintenance (client and internal), CRM, and digital marketing projects
knows project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
can prioritize and quote projects and tasks accurately — estimating scope, effort, and cost
can communicate fluently in English with developers, designers, and clients
can plan projects, assign tasks, and keep deadlines on track
is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
planning and managing web development projects end-to-end — new builds and ongoing maintenance
prioritizing and quoting projects and tasks for clients and internal teams
maintaining and supporting websites — both client-owned and agency-owned properties
tracking task completion, deadlines, and quality across dev and design teams
coordinating Front-end, Back-end developers, and designers
communicating with clients in English, clarifying briefs and technical requirements
preparing project status reports and presentations
optimizing team workflows for efficiency across development, SEO, and PPC streams
Tools experience:
Scoro, Asana or similar
Note:
Candidates without a web development background will not be considered. English proficiency is mandatory. We need someone who can assess technical complexity, quote work accurately, review deliverables critically, and earn the trust of the development team from day one.
