Description
We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join an ongoing product focused on digitizing and automating real estate and facilities management operations. This is a replacement role, so you’ll be stepping into an already running project with an established team and processes — but with a lot of space for ownership and improvements.
Client/Project:
The product helps facilities management companies automate operational processes and manage real estate assets more efficiently.
It’s a complex but engaging domain, where:
the team is encouraged to suggest and implement improvements
ideas are actually heard and applied
we actively adopt an AI-first approach (including usage of AI agents for product and design decisions)

existing.
Position:

Strong communication skills
Proactive mindset and ownership
Nice to have:

Ideal candidate:
Business-oriented and able to see the bigger picture
Flexible and adaptable in changing environments
Comfortable working directly with client

Ensure smooth and predictable delivery process
Act as a lead for a Junior QA, supporting their growth, task prioritization, and quality standards
