We are seeking a
skilled Project Manager with strong English communication skills
, a proactive mindset, proven expertise in the E-commerce or Retail domain, and experience working with US clients. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and is adept at managing complex client relationships. You will have the opportunity to influence product outcomes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and play a key role in delivering E-commerce solutions.
Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as a PM as a minimum
, PMP certification would be a big plus;
—
software engineering background is a must
, PMBoK knowledge and use of it in Project Delivery would be a big plus;
— working experience using a variety of methodologies, and understanding of which ones are best suited to clients and why;
— Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, written|spoken is a must;
— experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, verbal face-to-face and phone);
— strong ability for teamwork, with a positive approach to delivery;
— be flexible to change, and willing to adapt with client and team needs.
Duties:
— manage outsourcing project, improve and maintain processes;
— support software development on it’s full cycle;
— resources planning, operations management;
— be careful to details, but stay high-level;
— direct, fluent and friendly communication with our Customers;
— result-driven behavior.
