, we’re building a FinTech mobile application for international currency exchange and money transfers — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to keep delivery on track.
You’ll be managing a cross-functional team: 2 backend engineers, 1 frontend engineer, 1 mobile engineer, 1 UX/UI designer, and 2 QA engineers. The product runs on iOS and Android and includes real-time transaction flows, KYC verification, biometric authentication, in-app messaging, and financial analytics dashboards.
What You’ll Do:
Validate requirements in close collaboration with the engineering team and clients, ensuring they are technically feasible and aligned with business value
Understand clients’ business goals and needs, and prioritize the backlog accordingly
Write clear and well-structured task descriptions for the team
Coordinate a cross-functional team (2 BE, 1 FE, 1 Mobile, 1 UX/UI, 2 QA), keeping everyone aligned and unblocked
Participate in presale and estimation processes — scoping, effort assessment, and proposal preparation
Your Superpowers:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software company
Proven track record managing cross-functional development teams (engineers, designers, QA)
Deep understanding of different process methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt them to project context
Experience validating requirements together with engineering teams and aligning them with client expectations
Strong ability to understand client business goals and translate them into prioritized, actionable delivery plans
Ability to write clear, detailed task descriptions that engineers and designers can execute without ambiguity
Experience participating in presales and effort estimation
Proficient in Notion for project management and documentation
Excellent English skills — C1, confident in written and verbal communication with international clients
Nice to Have:
Experience with banking or financial applications
