Client Integration PM
Location: Lviv, office
We are currently looking for a Client Integration Project Manager for a company that develops advanced solutions in the
defense tech.
sector. You will become part of the Integration Department, which supports clients during the implementation of the company’s products — including communication systems — into their own solutions throughout all stages of development.
As a Client Integration Project Manager you will ensure seamless communication between internal technical teams and clients, enabling successful execution of integration projects and strengthening customer trust in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Discovery & Problem Structuring: Take over from Sales and validate/challenge initial assumptions, lead structured discovery with the client: Identify gaps, risks, and unknowns early.
Translate vague needs into clear requirements and scope.
Define how our product will integrate into the client’s UAV ecosystem.
Work with engineering to validate feasibility and identify dependencies.
Create high-level delivery plan.
Define scope boundaries and deliverables.
Execution Oversight (not micromanagement): Support the team throughout the proces, Manage changes in scope or requirements, Ensure alignment between Client expectations and Technical reality.
Client Interface (Technical & Strategic): Act as the trusted counterpart to the client, ask hard questions (politely but firmly), push back when needed.
Validation & Delivery Closure: ensure acceptance criteria are met, drive final sign-off/project clousure , capture lessons learned for future integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5+
years in Technical Project Management / Solutions Engineering/ Business Analysis.
Experience working on complex technical integrations (hardware + software preferred).
Proven ability to translate ambiguous client needs into structured requirements.
Strong experience in client-facing roles with technical discussions.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams.
Experience defining: Scope, Requirements, Acceptance criteria.
Ownership & Decision-Making.
English: from strong B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
Nice-to-Have
Experience with UAV/robotics/embedded systems /IoT.
Experience with integration projects or API/hardware integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
Experience working with international clients.
