Account / Project Manager

Description
We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong Project Management background who will manage client relationships, grow existing accounts, and coordinate delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in Project Management in IT
— Experience working in service or outsourcing companies
— Strong stakeholder and client management skills
— Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
— Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
— Experience working with international clients
— Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
— Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact
— Manage the full lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
— Lead regular client communication including status meetings, roadmap discussions, and business reviews
— Manage client expectations and proactively address risks or issues
— Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
— Prepare estimations, commercial proposals, and change requests when needed
— Participate in discovery sessions and pre-sales activities together with the sales team
— Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, and Pre-Sales teams
— Prepare project reports and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
