Responsibilities:
Account Development: Drive the growth and development of current accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and additional services.
Pre-Sales

Support
:
Collaborate with the sales department to support pre-sales activities, including creating proposals, attending client meetings, and presenting solutions.
Client

Relationship

Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Process

Improvement
:
Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaboration
:
Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of pre-sales efforts with project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring clean and effective communication.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle by overseeing testing and quality control processes.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need resolution.
Qualifications:
Experience in account development and pre-sales activities.
Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
