Deus Robotics is a Robot-as-a-Service solution that uses intelligent robots to automate warehouse operations. This solution improves operational efficiency and addresses the challenge of staff shortage. Vision: Liberate humans from monotonous tasks.
Deus Robotics was founded in 2018 in Kyiv, Ukraine. We currently have offices in Boston (USA), Krakow (Poland), and Kyiv (Ukraine).
We are looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator who can take ownership of small to
mid-size
projects and drive them to delivery.
You will independently manage
1–3 projects,
communicate with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure visibility and progress.
Responsibilities
Own delivery of
1–3
small to
mid-size
projects end-to-end
Plan and structure work: define tasks, timelines, and priorities
Track execution using Jira and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure clear visibility of project status, risks, and blockers for all stakeholders
Proactively identify risks and drive them to resolution or escalation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, engineering, integrators, product)
Facilitate team processes (daily syncs, planning, retrospectives)
Create essential project documentation and ensure consistent reporting
Requirements
1+ year of experience in IT as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
Experience delivering projects from scratch (from initiation to delivery)
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to work independently and structure your work
Experience in team and client communication
English level B2 or higher
Nice to have
Experience in hardware, IoT, robotics, or similar domains
AI-native mindset

Automate routine tasks (summaries, reports, emails, documentation)
Improve speed and quality of execution
Use AI as a productivity multiplier, not just a tool
