Technical Product Manager
to help us evolve and scale our platform, drive the development of internal services and modules, and ensure their business value and technical consistency. As a Technical Product Manager, you will serve as a key link between our B2B clients (brands), business stakeholders, and engineering teams. Your goal will be to analyze business requests, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure the consistent evolution of our platform in line with market and client demands.

What you’ll be doing
Work closely with brands (partners) and internal stakeholders to gather, structure, and clarify business needs;
Formulate product requirements and technical specifications for existing and new services/modules based on business inputs and platform constraints;
Build a deep understanding of the iGaming platform’s architecture, internal modules, microservices, and integrations;
Drive the development of internal platform modules, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with product and technical strategy;
Research and validate new functionality ideas through competitor analysis, industry trends, client feedback, and internal data;
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Coordinators to ensure end-to-end clarity and alignment;
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery and understanding of how services interact and evolve;
Identify opportunities to optimize or extend platform functionality based on usage metrics and customer needs;
Participate in client discovery sessions, feedback loops, and post-integration reviews to ensure business value delivery.
You have these superpowers
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS;
Experience in iGaming environment must have (B2B or B2C);
Solid understanding of technical architecture, APIs, service interactions, and scalable systems;
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, developer-friendly requirements (BRD, PRD, tech specs);
Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical limitations and opportunities;
Excellent analytical and system thinking skills — you can break down complex systems and find optimal paths to evolve them;
Familiarity with iGaming platform modules such as Casino Games, Bonus System, Betting, Payments, KYC & Anti‑Fraud, and others;
Ability to conduct competitive and market analysis, and gather insights from client interviews, surveys, and usage data;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Extra credits
Background in system/business analysis or software development;
Experience working on modular SaaS platforms in regulated industries;
Understanding of iGaming compliance and responsible gambling mechanics;
Experience supporting white-label or multi-tenant products;
Familiarity with backlog management tools (Jira/Confluence).
