We are looking for a
Product Delivery Manager
to represent the business unit in the development process and drive the delivery of esports-related initiatives. The role combines business ownership with deep involvement in requirements, solution definition, and implementation, ensuring that product initiatives are executed correctly and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
— Own and manage delivery of product initiatives from the business side, ensuring alignment with priorities and expected outcomes.
— Analyze and translate business, trading needs into detailed requirements and development-ready tasks.
— Work closely with development teams to define scope, clarify requirements, and support implementation in detail.
— Participate in solution design, ensuring that proposed implementations meet business and product needs.
— Act as the main point of contact between business ( trading, operations, management) and development during delivery.
— Drive execution by removing blockers, clarifying decisions, and ensuring progress across all stages of development.
— Validate delivered features and ensure they meet business expectations and product logic.
— Manage timelines and identify risks, gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across product and delivery processes.
— Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across product and delivery processes.
— Maintain clear and structured documentation of requirements, logic, and product behavior.
— Ensure compliance with industry regulations and platform standards.
— Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager or Delivery Manager or similar roles within iGaming.
— Strong understanding of esports and esports betting, including key in-game mechanics.
— Strong experience working closely with development teams on product delivery.
— Ability to translate business needs into detailed product and technical requirements.
— Hands-on experience in defining scope, breaking down features, and supporting implementation.
— Strong understanding of development processes and how products are built.
— Understanding of trading flows, including event creation, pricing, risk management, and settlement.
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
— Knowledge of odds models, margin strategies, and trading systems.
— Familiarity with B2B supplier platforms or B2C operators.
— Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
— Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
— Ukrainian language is a plus, as part of the team operates in Ukrainian.
— Nice to have: Experience working in fast-paced international environments.
