We are looking for a
Head of Product
to lead the product strategy, execution, and growth across Zipify’s product ecosystem, including OCU, Zipify Pages, and emerging AI-driven products.
This role sits at the intersection of
product, data, AI, and business
, with full ownership over driving customer value, revenue growth, and product innovation.
You will work closely with leadership, engineering, data/AI teams, and go-to-market functions to define and execute a product vision that positions Zipify as a
category leader in AI-powered ecommerce optimization
.
What We Value in a New Master
7+ years of experience in Product Management, with
3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving
measurable business impact
through product
Experience in
SaaS, ecommerce, or growth-focused products
Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of product metrics and unit economics
Experience working with
data teams and AI-driven products
Ability to operate at both
strategic and execution levels
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and advanced level of spoken English
Nice to Have
Experience in Shopify ecosystem or ecommerce platforms
Background in growth, CRO, or performance marketing
Experience building AI-first or data-heavy products
Experience with service-led or hybrid product models
How You’ll Contribute
Product Strategy & Vision
: Define and execute long-term product vision; identify growth opportunities across AI, e-commerce infrastructure, and services; expand into new platforms beyond Shopify; translate market trends into actionable strategy.
Product Development & Business Ownership
: Own product roadmap with measurable business outcomes; balance short-term wins with long-term bets; lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and data teams.
Performance & Growth
: Own core business metrics (revenue, ARPU, activation, retention, LTV); unlock growth levers across funnels, pricing, and product experience; drive experimentation and optimize product-led/service-led growth.
Data & AI Leadership
: Act as primary business stakeholder for Data & AI teams; define hypotheses and AI use cases; ensure data-driven decision-making; develop AI-native product capabilities.
Customer & Market Insight
: Maintain deep understanding of merchant needs and workflows; lead structured discovery (interviews, research, feedback); translate insights into validated product opportunities.
Team Leadership
: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team; establish strong processes, rituals, and accountability; partner with design and engineering to ensure execution quality; foster ownership, speed, and impact.
