Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Mobile App Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced
Mobile App Product Manager
to join our client’s team. You will take ownership of key mobile app initiatives, driving product strategy, execution, and optimization across iOS and Android platforms. This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the
mobile app product roadmap
aligned with business and user goals
Lead the
end-to-end product lifecycle
: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration
Collaborate closely with
engineering, design, data, and marketing teams
to deliver high-impact features
Use
data, user research, and experimentation (A/B testing)
to inform decisions and optimize performance
Identify opportunities to improve
user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion
within the app
Define and track
KPIs and success metrics
, ensuring continuous improvement
Ensure a high-quality, consistent experience across
iOS and Android platforms
Manage stakeholders across multiple teams and communicate progress clearly
Work with agile teams, facilitating
sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in
product management
, with a strong focus on
mobile apps
(iOS & Android)
Strong experience in
marketplaces or e-commerce, classifieds, or the automotive industry
Experience in building high-value user engagement
Proven track record of delivering
consumer-facing mobile products
at scale
Hands-on experience managing customer-facing applications, with a
focus on user experience and business impact
Strong understanding of
mobile UX/UI principles and platform-specific best practices
Experience with
data analytics tools
(e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel) and experimentation frameworks
Ability to translate business goals into
clear product strategies and roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in
agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Fluency in English (B2 — C1 level)
Nice to Have:
