About the role
We’re looking for a strong execution-focused Product Manager who can bring structure, alignment, and momentum to a hardware—software product.
This is not a pure discovery role.
Your primary focus will be to drive delivery and alignment across software teams, US-based hardware stakeholders, and business needs — making sure decisions actually translate into shipped outcomes.
You’ll operate in an environment with:
• hardware dependencies
• distributed ownership
• evolving priorities
You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking responsibility for moving things forward.
What you’ll do

• Own execution and roadmap for software and integration areas
• Align closely with the US hardware team on priorities, timelines, and constraints
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Identify and manage risks early (especially around hardware dependencies)
• Drive delivery end-to-end: from decision → implementation → release
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned without adding unnecessary process
• Make pragmatic trade-offs to keep delivery on track
• Contribute to B2B product direction and go-to-market efforts
• Improve team processes where it actually increases delivery speed
What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Strong track record in execution and delivery, not just planning
• Experience working with hardware / IoT products or close integration with hardware teams
• Understanding of how hardware impacts timelines, constraints, and product decisions
• Experience working with US stakeholders or distributed teams
• Strong English — clear, concise, and to the point
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments
• High ownership and accountability
• Experience in B2B products
• Background in startups or fast-paced environments
Nice to have

• Experience working directly with US-based teams
• Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain
• Experience with hardware—software integration challenges
• Experience launching products
