Product Manager
Technologies
Description
A product that is used to create rich media advertising campaigns for Coca-Cola, Lancôme, Samsung, Ralph Lauren, and many others is looking for a Product Manager who can lead it successfully with strong attention to detail.
The Somplo product team knows how to build products. Now we’re looking for someone who already has a few years of experience building and growing digital products and will have a real impact on the direction and development of our main product — Somplo CMP
Why Somplo?
— A product company building its own B2B AdTech solutions for enterprise international clients
— An experienced product team: CPO, Product Director, Product Manager (different direction), and Product Design team. It’s not a one-person-does-it-all story — it’s teamwork with real opportunities to learn and grow
— No never-ending meetings to approve a new button color. Decisions are made fast when backed by data, research, or experience
— We are always open to new ideas around optimization, analytics, and creative vision. If you see a problem or opportunity and have a solution — speak up
— Strong support for people with the “I need this more than anyone else” mindset — those who believe in their ideas and put in the effort to bring them to life
OFFICE ONLY — ODESA, UKRAINE
Responsibilities:
— Support product releases — from defining feature scope and writing requirements (in English) to ensuring everything meets the Definition of Done. For the first few months, you’ll assist; later, you’ll own releases end-to-end
— Communicate daily with product, development, and design teams. A high level of English and the ability to clearly communicate priorities are essential
— Define an analytics structure that provides a clear picture of product health and growth
— Conduct regular market and trend research and turn insights into product improvements
— Organize and plan your own work. We don’t micromanage, so we’re looking for someone who can set priorities independently and meet deadlines
Will be a plus:
— Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals — including RTB, programmatic buying, ad exchanges, DSP/SSP platforms is preferred
— Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics
We offer:
— Full-time employment and dynamic work with ambitious projects
— Comfortable office work format: we have a new modern work space with a panoramic view of the sea, uninterrupted Internet and an additional power source. The office is located in the very heart of Arcadia, so during your lunch break or after work you only need 2 minutes to be next to the sea and recharge. The office has several recreation areas where you can play PS5, read a book, stand on a balance board or pull up on a horizontal bar. The office kitchen has everything you need for a light and healthy breakfast or snack, as well as an endless supply of fragrant coffee and a collection of teas.
The building has a safe shelter in case of an air raid*
— Wednesday — remote day
— Taking care of your health by providing:
— 20 working days of vacation and 5 working days of sick leave
— Medical insurance (after 3 months of cooperation)
— Competitive salary with review once a year or depending on your career growth, tax coverage, accounting support
— Ability to work with international companies
— Growth in a friendly and ambitious team of professionals
