We’re looking for a
Product Manager
to help us grow and evolve our B2B CPaaS platform across multiple regions. This is a hands-on role focused on product development, team collaboration, and AI-driven innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, improve user experience, and drive measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead product development across global markets (Europe, US, Canada, Asia).
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product improvements.
Define product goals, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate quickly.
Explore and integrate AI capabilities into the platform to enhance functionality.
Track product metrics and optimize user flows, onboarding, and retention.
Ensure product quality and alignment with business goals.
What We Expect
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in
B2B SaaS
.
Experience working with
platforms or AI-powered products
is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product analytics tools.
English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+).
Nice to Have
Experience with product growth across multiple geographies.
Background in AI product development or automation tools.
Understanding of user behavior and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar.
