Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst (2+ years)
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements
Hands-on experience writing:
product requirements
user stories
acceptance criteria
Experience managing a product backlog (prioritization, structuring, maintenance)
Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → improvement)
Experience collaborating with development teams, QA, and stakeholders
Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured technical tasks
Experience working with product documentation (creation, maintenance, versioning)
Experience participating in feature testing from a business logic perspective
Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with user feedback and data
Excellent communication skills
English B2+
Nice to have
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with product metrics and analytics
Experience in a relevant domain/industry (healthtech or pharmaceutical)
Key Areas of Responsibility
Ensure effective interaction and communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and the product development team.
Organize the process of collecting, analyzing, and structuring business requirements, user needs, and client feedback.
Formulate clear, structured, and understandable product requirements based on business needs and client requests.
Support the development and continuous improvement of the company’s product in accordance with business goals and user needs.
Manage the product backlog, including its updating, structuring, and prioritization in line with the product strategy.
Support the product throughout its lifecycle — from idea and concept formation to release and further functionality improvements.

Main Tasks and Functions
Ensure effective communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and the product development team.
Collect, analyze, and structure business requirements, user needs, client feedback, and market insights.
Formulate and document product requirements, including preparation of functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, modules, and improvements.
Organize and maintain product documentation, including clarification of requirements, versioning of specifications, and ensuring their relevance.
Support and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the CPO and development team; participate in feature prioritization and product roadmap discussions.
Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, explain business logic, and ensure correct implementation of solutions.
Participate in product planning and support tasks throughout the product lifecycle — from idea and concept formation to release and further improvements.
Control compliance of implemented functionality with approved specifications and requirements.
Participate in testing new functionality from a business logic perspective.
Analyze product usage, user behavior, and client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Prepare proposals for functionality enhancements and participate in product development together with the CPO.
Document product changes and contribute to the preparation of user guides and supporting documentation.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures, confidentiality principles, data protection, and data integrity.
