Now, we’re looking for a
Growth Product Manager
— a data-driven and experiment-oriented professional who will
own the growth roadmap
, design scalable strategies, and accelerate product performance across key funnels and markets.

real opportunities to grow into Lead, Head, or GM roles as the company scales.
What you will do:


Own and optimize the full conversion funnel
— from acquisition and onboarding to purchase and retention — with a strong focus on web performance, monetization, and pricing;

Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments
to improve key metrics such as ARPU and LTV;

Run A/B and multivariate tests
end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights;

Leverage AI tools
to enhance hypothesis generation, prioritization, and A/B testing processes (including ideation, analysis, and insight extraction);

Collaborate closely with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics teams
to identify, test, and scale high-impact growth opportunities;

Analyze user behavior and performance data
to discover conversion bottlenecks and growth levers;

Work with Meta, Google, and AppLovin
performance marketing channels;

Research markets and competitors
to inform positioning, pricing, and funnel improvements;

Build and maintain a structured hypothesis pipeline
, using frameworks like ICE or RICE to drive prioritization;

Report key learnings and insights
to leadership, translating data into strategy and next-step actions.
What we’re looking for:


3+ years of experience
in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing roles, including
B2C subscription-based products
;
— Proven success in
conversion optimization
,
monetization
, and
scaling acquisition or retention funnels
;
— Strong proficiency in
A/B testing
, experimentation design, and
data-driven decision-making
;
— Deep understanding of
unit economics
,
LTV/CAC
, and core performance metrics;

Practical experience using AI tools
to support hypothesis generation, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis;
— Experience working with
web analytics tools
and data visualization platforms;
— Ability to
develop and validate growth hypotheses
across the funnel, supported by both quantitative and qualitative data;
— Excellent
cross-functional collaboration skills
, working closely with Product, UA, and Creative teams;

Analytical yet user-centric mindset
, balancing business growth with real user value;
— Confident
English (B2+)
