ow customers experience Solidgate end-to-end — from first demo to daily usage and long-term value.
What You Will Own
—
Product UX & Product Experience strategy
across Solidgate products
—
Design as a system
, not a service: principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
—
Customer insight & feedback loop
: turning customer signals into clear UX and product improvements
—
UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives
, ensuring product clarity and consistency
—
Experience-driven roll-out of new features
: how customers discover, understand, and adopt new capabilities
—
Close collaboration with Product Managers
to embed UX thinking into discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
—
Leadership of the Product Design function
as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
—
Shaping how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale
in a fintech environment
What Makes This Role Different

— Sales, Merchant Operations, and Integration teams

Our Ideal Candidate
— Proven experience in Product UX, Product Design Leadership, or Product Experience roles
— Strong product mindset with deep customer obsession
— Experience working closely with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization
— Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, usable product experiences
— Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and design processes
— Confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping a function as the company scales
Tools & Environment
— Figma
— Jira, Confluence or Notion
— Customer feedback & analytics tools
— Close collaboration with engineering and product teams
