A fast-growing HealthTech company is building an AI-powered platform that provides continuous, on-demand support across key stages of women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy, parenting, menopause, and menstrual health.

Requirement:
5–7
years of Product Management experience
Minimum 2 years in a Senior Product Manager role
English — C1
Experience defining product strategy, owning a roadmap, and shipping products
Strong track record of improving engagement and retention in consumer mobile apps
Ability to demonstrate measurable impact through specific KPIs/metrics
Strong analytical skills with experience using PostHog or equivalent analytics tools
Experience building dashboards and translating metrics into actions
Proven qualitative and quantitative user research experience
Comfortable in startup environments with ambiguity and limited resources
Highly proactive, adaptable, hands-on mindset
Passion for women’s health and mission-driven products
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Delivery:
Own Kanban process end-to-end
Maintain prioritised backlog
Write clear user stories
Ensure delivery cadence and roadmap execution
Remove blockers and manage trade-offs
Maintain product quality under constraints
Cross-functional Alignment:
Align clinical, commercial, design, and engineering teams
Ensure clarity on product direction and priorities
Work closely with the CEO on ruthless prioritization
Data Analytics & Decision Making:
Own product analytics function
Build dashboards and monitor KPIs
Generate actionable insights for leadership
Turn numbers into strategic recommendations
User Research & Product Discovery:
Run interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Stay close to real user needs
Convert insights into prioritised product decisions across multiple life stages within a specific healthcare domain
Product Design & UX:
Partner closely with Senior Designer
Support full cycle from research brief to shipped product
Maintain high UX quality standards
Advocate for user experience and challenge weak solutions
Nice to have
Experience in HealthTech or regulated consumer products
Familiarity with AI / LLM products and evaluation frameworks
Experience working with B2B2C business models
Europe-based and available for bi-annual in-person meetups
Experience supporting QA / release processes
Experience in competitor analysis and market trend research
